Purchases made via Credit Cards, Debit Cards , Cash , UPI , Bank Transfers etc are eligible for a replacement if received faulty Additionally, it can be returned within 15 days of it being received. Proper Packing is Customer’s Responsibility for Return Shipping.
For all orders, if the miner arrives broken, the customer has the option to request a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original package. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or the proof of purchase.
Defective product can be Replaced or Repaired. Please email support@HeliumByBGC.in to initiate a return or replacement request. We will notify you once we’ve received and completed the inspection of the product, and let you know if the refund or replacement was approved.
